How we handle your personal data.

This notice explains how IMPERIA ("we", "our") processes personal data submitted through this website — including the general contact form, project inquiry forms and consultation requests. It is prepared in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698). This is a working draft pending final legal review.

What We Collect
When you submit a form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, message, preferred contact method, preferred language, and — for project inquiries — the project and unit type you're interested in. We also record technical context (source page, browser, device, referrer, UTM parameters, an anonymised IP hash) to help route your inquiry and improve the service.

Purpose
We use this data only to respond to your inquiry, to contact you about the properties or services you asked about, to manage the resulting consultation process, and to keep an internal record for our CRM and reporting.

Legal Basis
Processing takes place with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) — expressed by ticking the consent box before you submit the form — and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating the business and responding to inbound requests.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. To respond to your inquiry we use processors under contract — currently our email delivery provider (Brevo/Sendinblue) and our database provider (Supabase). Data is processed on their infrastructure under their applicable security terms. Where a project inquiry concerns a specific development, we may share relevant contact details with the developer strictly for the purpose of following up on that inquiry.

Retention
We retain inquiry records for as long as we have an ongoing advisory relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal-obligation purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11 (and equivalent frameworks such as GDPR where applicable) you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@cbimperia.com.

Consent Withdrawal
You can withdraw the consent you gave through the contact form at any time by emailing contact@cbimperia.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before your withdrawal.
