1. Data Controller

The data controller in respect of the personal data you share through the contact form is IMPERIA Gayrimenkul – Cahit Bahçıvan.

2. Data Processed

Depending on the content of the contact or project information form, the following data may be processed:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Preferred method of contact
• The service, project or unit of interest
• The content of the message and the request
• Preferred language
• The page from which the form was submitted, and the date
• Browser, device, campaign source and limited security records

Special categories of personal data should not be written into the message field.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the purposes of:

• Providing information about the project or service you are interested in
• Arranging a meeting or appointment
• Following up your request through the CRM system
• Ensuring communication and system security
• Fulfilling legal obligations

The core processing carried out in order to respond to a contact request is not dependent on explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with website, database and e-mail service providers for the purpose of transmitting and storing the form.

If you request information about a specific project, the necessary contact details may be shared with the relevant project developer or authorised business partner solely for the purpose of following up your request.

Where there is a legal obligation, data may be shared with the competent public authorities.

6. Infrastructure Located Abroad

The infrastructure of technical service providers located abroad may be used when forms are transmitted, stored in a database or sent by e-mail.

Transfers abroad are carried out taking into account the conditions set out in Article 9 of Law no. 6698.

7. Retention Period

Form records that do not result in a contract or an active advisory relationship are retained for no more than two years from the date of last contact.

If a business or advisory relationship is established, the records may be retained for the relevant legal and statutory periods.
