5. Price and Availability Information

Prices, exchange rates, campaigns, payment plans and availability may change without prior notice.

Price or availability information seen on the website or in a previously provided document should not be regarded as the current and binding price.

Current information must be confirmed in writing directly with IMPERIA.

6. Investment Outcomes

Real estate investments may involve market, legal, financing, exchange rate, tax, liquidity, project and developer-related risks.

Past performance, expected rental income, appreciation estimates or market assessments do not guarantee future outcomes.

IMPERIA does not guarantee any particular return, appreciation, rental income, sale period, citizenship or residence outcome.

7. User Responsibilities

Without prejudice to consumer transactions and mandatory rules of jurisdiction, the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
